POSITION SUMMARY
The primary role of the busser is to provide support to runners and servers while ensuring that excellent quality and superb service are delivered to all guests. Bussers are responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables, and ensuring the dining room is well-stocked and tidy.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating
- Set and reset the tables in between service
- Ensure that the stock area remains adequately stocked with clean linens, silverware, glassware, trays, dishes etc
- Refill beverage glasses as needed
- Attend to guests needs as necessary
- Assist servers and runners when necessary
- Familiarize yourself with menu items including allergens
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
- Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Adhere to grooming and dress code standards
- Minimum 2 years of experience in high volume restaurants
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must have flexible schedule and open availability to meet business needs
- Demonstrate warm, friendly, high-energy personality with positive and team-oriented approach
- Willingness to take direction, is responsible and timely
